Amongst many whom i have to thank i should thank god, my parents and friends, my teachers and a few special people for helping me clear this exam..
UPSC plans to now conduct personality test starting 23rd march.. Now the focus shifts to interview prep...

The link is updated and an office 97-2003 compatible file has been uploaded.. So irrespective of the Excel version anyone can access it..
